Joining the Dal Crew

Members of the lab extend a hearty congratulations to collaborator Dr. Tim Bardouille, who has a new appointment in the Department of Physics and Atmospheric Science at Dalhousie University. Dr. Bardouille will be starting this new tenure-track position in July 2017. Tim is a long-time collaborator with the lab, with work focused in the area of neuroimaging, neurofeedback and stroke recovery. Congratulations Tim, and welcome to Dalhousie!

To be, or not to be?

No, it’s not Hamlet – it’s lab director Shaun Boe doing his best impression during the photoshoot for the latest edition of Dal Magazine, Dalhousie’s Alumni publication. Make sure to check it out for a full feature on the research we’re doing in the lab!

He might never leave…

Lab Director Dr. Shaun Boe has just learned that he has been granted tenure and a promotion to Associate Professor effective July 1, 2015. Shaun would like to extend a thank you to past and present lab members as well as his research collaborators for all their support and contributions since he has joined Dalhousie in January 2010.

Lab Renovation

The month of May was a busy one as we were busy moving equipment to allow for renovations to be completed. Not only did the lab get a fresh coat of paint, but the renovation allowed for insulation to be blown into the walls for soundproofing. With the dust settled, we’re now ready to get back to work!
